Refund & Returns Policy

Return, refund and replacement policy depends on products. The duration of these are mentioned on product pages.

For return, refund or replacement, the complaint should be reported to us via any of our contact methods (website, contact phone number, email or social media) within 72 hours after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Replacement, Exchange or Refund policy is applicable only for the products which have technical issues within warranty period. We can Replace, Exchange or Refund if the product is damaged. No refund or exchange will be given if product has no issues like – damage or technical issues.

Note- Any refund will be processed only for actual product price. Delivery charges and processing fee will not be refunded.

No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.


  • Return for replacement or exchange with in: 7 days
  • Return for refund within: 7 days

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement.

  • Any physical damage
  • In invoice not indicated warranty period
  • Returned without original invoice

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


  • Health and Beauty products don’t cover under warranty/replacement/refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
