Shipping policy

At QSales.qa, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Qatar. Please review our shipping guidelines below for full transparency regarding delivery timeframes, fees, and service options.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently only deliver within the State of Qatar. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Qatar will not be processed or fulfilled.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Doha Area):
Orders within Doha city limits are typically delivered within 24 hours from the time of confirmation.
Remote Areas (Outside Doha):
Deliveries to areas such as Al Khor, Mesaieed, Dukhan, Al Ruwais, Shahaniya, and other distant locations may take up to 48 hours.

A shipping fee of up to QR 30 may apply for these areas, depending on distance and delivery conditions.
Delivery Days:
Deliveries are made from Saturday to Thursday.
Friday deliveries are limited to half-day service, and orders placed on Fridays may be subject to delay.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Delivery:
- Free delivery on all orders above QR 35 to all areas in Qatar.
- Orders below QR 35 may incur a small delivery fee, which will be communicated during checkout.
Express Delivery (Doha only):
- Orders can be delivered within 4 hours for addresses in Doha.
- Available for orders placed between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
  and 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Fridays.
- This service is charged at QR 20.
- If express delivery is not fulfilled within the promised time, the express fee will be waived.

4. Order Cancellation
