This review isn’t for the item but for thevery poorcustomer service that I have received from this online shop. HORRIBLE!!! Given the so many excuse I received - coz it’s Eid etc etc when delivering the order u guys were so fast and not even bothered to send an pre message first as to what and when u will deliver the item. I have requested for a replacement instead coz the rack was too small for my oven and and took u how many days to even check.IM BARELY GETTING A MESSAGE REPLY AND HAD TO ALWAYS FOLLOW-UP! AND UR CHARGING FOR A DELIVERY OF QAR15 IF I NEEDED TO REFUND OR REPLACE IT?!??? THATS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! FIRST OF ALL, U NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THE SIZE OF THE OVEN IN UR CATALOG MAKING UR CUSTOMERS DO THE GUESSING GAME BASED ONLY ON THE PICTURE IF THAT WILL EVEN FIT OR NOT!!! AND NOW THAT I HAVE ASKED UR TEAM TO LOOK FOR A BIGGER REPLACEMENT IF U HAVE, THEY CANT EVEN INFORM ME GIVING ME. O OPTION BUT TO REFUND!!!! AND NOW CHARGING ME FOR THE DELIVERY TO RETURN THE ITEM WHEN IT CANNOT EVEN BE USED!!!! I NEED TO ALWAYS SEND A FOLLOW UP MESSAGE TO SEE WHETHER IT CAN BE REPLACED OR NOT!! I HAVE ASKED IF U HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP SO I COULD EETURN THE ITEM
